Webmail connectivity issues

Some customers may be experiencing IMAP errors or disconnection from webmail. Our System Administrators and Network Engineers are working around the clock this weekend to resolve these issues alongside the Developers of OX.
Please note that these issues only affects the webmail interface and a mail client can be used to access email. If you require assistance setting up your email on a mail client, please visit 123-support.co.uk and click on the Email Client and Mobile Device Setup link within the email section.
