This article will explain how to setup MS Outlook to receive emails using POP3 or IMAP settings.
Using POP3 settings:

Click on Tools, Accounts, Add, Mail.

Enter the name you want shown as your emails to be from e.g. Joe Bloggs

Click on the Next button.

Enter the email address your want your emails to be from e.g. jbloggs@yourdomain.net

Click on the Next button.

Select POP3 in the Account Type box

Select POP3 in the Account Type box

Enter the Incoming Mail (POP3) server e.g. mail.yourdomain.com

Enter the Outgoing Mail (SMTP) server mail.yourdomain.com

Enter your email username and password for the mailbox you are checking, e.g. postmaster@yourdomain.net and your mailbox password

Click on the More Settings button, then go to the Outgoing Server tab. Select My Outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication, then click on the Ok button.

Click on the Next button.

Click on the Finish button and click on the Close.
Using IMAP settings:

Enter the name you want shown as your emails to be from e.g. Joe Bloggs.

Select IMAP in the Account Type box.

Enter the Incoming Mail (POP3) server e.g. mail.yourdomain.com.

Enter the Outgoing Mail (SMTP) server mail.yourdomain.com.

Enter your email username and password for the mailbox you are checking, e.g. postmaster@yourdomain.net and your mailbox password.

You will now be able to send and receive emails from your domain name.
