Login to the 123-mail webmail.

Click on the Email icon in the main toolbar.

In the right pane, Click on the relevant email you would like to forward and click on the Forward icon.

You will now be able to fill in the email details to forward to and click on the Send icon.
You have now forwarded an email message.
