This article explains how to change or cancel your 123-reg services.
If you have decided that you do not need one or all of your 123-reg services, you must cancel your services, or set it to expire at the end of your current billing period. Failing to do so may result in an unwanted renewal which you will be charged for.
The cancellation process varies depending on the product type you wish to cancel. Services can be cancelled:
- Through your control panel
- By contacting our Customer Relationship team
- By raising a ticket to one of our support agents
