Can I download raw website log files?

This article explains the process for downloading log files for your website through the hosting control panel.
In circumstances where our graphical statistics do not fulfil your needs, you may enable the storage of log files for your account. The web server will retain log files for the past 14 days enabling you to download them for analysis using your own software.
From there, select Dedicated Servers within the ‘Manage active products’ section and then select Manage opposite Manage Dedicated Servers.
You will now be taken to a new page displaying all your purchased packages. From here, click Login to Server CP.
Enter your login details into the provided fields and click Login.
Click on the Accounts tab.
Click on the edit link next to the desired account.
Click on the Log Files link.
Click Store Log Files.
After 24 hours, log files will be available from this page to download.
Click on the Store Log Files button to confirm.
Click the desired download link and follow your browsers on screen prompts to download the file to your local computer.
Please note: Raw log files are retained within the control panel for download for a period of 14 days from the date that they are created.
