Firstly, you need to contact your current provider and ask them for your domain name's authorisation code.

Go to http://www.123-reg.co.uk and type your domain name into the Domain Search box, then click on the search button.

Select your domain name from the list, then click on the Add To Basket button.

Click on the ok, let's continue button to continue with the transfer.

Follow the on screen instructions and confirm you are the legal owner, click on the ok, let's continue button to continue.

If you are already a customer, click the sign in button, if you are not yet registered, please fill in your details.

Confirm that you are the owner, and are allowed to transfer the domain name, then click on the continue to payment button.

Please follow the on-screen instructions to complete payment.

Provide the 123-reg support team with the relevant authorisation code by using the Ask a question tab at http://www.123-support.co.uk.
After the transfer is accepted, it will take up to 5 days to complete.
