If you don't renew your domain then web site or email services based on the domain will not work because the domain will no longer be active.
The below symptons may be the result of a domain not being renewed:
- Web site down
- Can't receive emails
If you want to renew your domain please follow the below steps.

Click on the Domain name(s) option in the The following service(s) will soon expire! section at the top of your 123-reg control panel.

If you have more than one domain which is due to expire, select each tick box next to the domain names that you wish to renew, then click on the >>>Next Step>>> button.

Follow the on screen payment instructions to complete the renewal of your domain names.
