If you have purchased WHOIS Privacy for your domain name but your personal details are still being displayed on a WHOIS report, please ensure that you have activated the WHOIS Privacy through your 123-reg control panel as explained in the WHOIS Privacy welcome email.
To activate WHOIS privacy for your domain name, you will need to do the following:

In the Domain names section, click on the Manage link below WHOIS privacy.

Select the Privacy Status as on.
