If you have purchased a mailbox but have not received the password for it, you can specify a password for it via your 123-reg control panel. To specify your mailbox password, you first need to log into your 123-reg control panel, then follow the instructions below:
Scroll down the page until you reach the Email section.
Click on the Manage email link.
Find the mailbox that you wish to change the password for by selecting the domain name from the drop down menu.
Hover over the corresponding More link next to the email address.
Click on the Mailbox settings list.
Under Preferences, click on the Edit password link.
Enter your new password then click the Save button.
Your password will now be changed.
Tip: If you have set up your mailbox to recieve emails in an email client such as outlook, you will need to edit your mailbox profile in your email client to reflect your new password.
