Login to your Gmail account.

In the top right hand corner click on Options and then click on the Mail Settings link.

Click on the Accounts and Import link in Gmail.

Under the section check mail using POP3 click on the Add POP3 email account button.

Enter your 123-reg email address and click on the Next Step button.

Enter your 123-reg mail box username and password.

Change the POP Server to pop.123-reg.co.uk

Ensure the Incoming Port is 110 and SSL is switched off.

Click on the Add Account button within Gmail.

Select the option Yes, I want to be able to send mail as, then click on the Next Step button.

Enter your name and click on the Next Step button.

Select the option Send through my domain's SMTP servers (recommended for professional domains) and click on the Next Step button.

Change the SMTP Server to smtp.123-reg.co.uk and click on the Next Step button.

Enter your 123-reg mail box username and password.

Tick the box Always use a secure connection (SSL) when sending mail. Ensure the Port is 465.

Click on the Add Account button.


You have now successfully set up your 123-reg email account on Gmail to send and receive emails
