Why can’t I login to an additional FTP account?

It is possible that the directory that you have permissions to may have been renamed or deleted.

To fix this issue, please login to your 123-reg control panel and reconfigure the additional FTP account by doing the following:

Login to your 123-reg control panel.

Scroll down to the Web Hosting section, select the relevant domain name from the drop-down box and click on the Manage button.

Click on the Manage FTP accounts option.

Click on the pencil icon under the Edit column for the relevant FTP account.

Make any changes required and click on the “Save Changes” button.

Please Note: It may take up to 20 minutes for your additional FTP account to be ready for use.
