This article will show you how to close the tickets you have raised to our support teams.
To view your Support Requests, you will have to be logged in to your 123-reg My Support area.
Click on the My Support tab in the 123-reg support site.
To view your open tickets, click on the View open tickets link at the top of the page.
Your open tickets will be displayed. Close your ticket by clicking on the Close Issue button.
Your support ticket will now be closed.
