Troubleshooting: Panda Anti-Virus - I can't get Panda to work

This article applies to the Panda Anti-Virus software Panda Global Protection available for purchase via 123-reg.

Panda has an in-built help facility that can be accessed via the Help link at the top right of the main Panda Anti-Virus window.

In addition, you can obtain technical support via email direct from Panda.

Open Panda Anti-Virus by double-clicking on the Panda icon in your Windows task bar - alongside the Windows clock.

From the Panda Anti-virus Pro window click the Services tab.

Click the E-mail technical support link.

Follow the on-screen instructions from the Email Tech Support Wizard.
