This article will explain how you can restore your database on your VPS running Plesk 10

Login to your Parallels Plesk Panel.

Click on the Domains link under the Hosting services section.

Click on the Control Panel link next to the relevant domain name.

Click on the Websites and domains tab.

Click on the Databases icon.

Click on the relevant database name.

Click on the Webadmin icon.

phpMyadmin will open in a new tab.

Click on the Import tab.

Click on the browse button to locate the backed up file on your local computer.Scroll down and select the tick box for the Save as file section and click on the OK button.

Your database will now be restored with the data that from your backup file.
