To purchase a 123-SSL, Domain SSL, Organisational SSL or EV SSL you will need to do the following:

Scroll to the Security section and click on the Buy link under the Manage / renew SSL link.

Follow the on screen instructions to purchase the SSL certificate desired.
Please note: During the order process, if you are purchasing an SSL certificate to use in conjunction with a 123-reg hosting package, please choose the auto CSR option and follow the on screen instructions. If you are purchasing an SSL certificate as a standalone product, you will need to have your CSR ready, please choose the manual CSR option and follow the on screen instructions.

If you have ordered a 123-SSL or a Domain SSL, in order to obtain your SSL certificate, you will now need to go through a security check known as ‘Approver Email’.

Select one of the approver mails listed in order to receive an approver email. You will have the choice from:

Please note: If you do not have one of these email addresses set up for the domain name you are purchasing the SSL certificate for you will need to set one up.

An email is then sent to the address you have selected.

Select the link within the email to complete your order.

Important: If you are purchasing an Organisational SSL or an Extended Validation SSL (EV SSL), you will be contacted by GlobalSign (our partner and certificate issuer) via the contact information you have provided during the purchase procedure to complete your order. Please be aware that GlobalSign's vetting procedures are compulsory and their ruling in the matter is final.
Please note: If you are purchasing an SSL certificate for your shared hosting package, we will automatically install the certificate for you.
