How can I check how much space I have left on my Hosting package?

This article will show you how to see how much space you have remaining on your Hosting package.

Each 123 Reg Hosting package is allocated a different amount of disk space. To check the amount of space you have left on your Hosting package, simply click on a title below to skip to the most appropriate FAQ. You can also click the Top button to return and make another selection.

Please note: you will need to have a backup of your website saved to your computer in a zipped folder. Check out this article to see how to create a backup of your website.

Web Hosting plans purchased before July 2020 / Premium Hosting plans purchased before August 2020

Start by logging in to your legacy Control Panel. For details on how to do this, please read the following article: How do I access and manage my products?

On your dashboard, select the cPanel Admin button that appears above Settings.

The details will be visible under the Statistics heading to the right.

Web Hosting plans purchased between April 2015 and July 2020 / Premium Hosting plans purchased before August 2020

Start by logging in to your 123 Reg Control Panel.

From there, select Web Hosting or Premium Hosting within the ‘Manage active products’ section, depending on which product you wish to use.

Next, select Manage opposite the ‘(bought before XX/XX/XX)’ option.

This will show you an overview of your current hosting packages. Click Manage for the account you wish to use.

On the next page, select Manage for the domain you wish to access.

Click on the Web Space Checker option in the Website Help & Diagnostics section.

Here you will see your Web Space Usage Results.

You can also view the results for a particular directory by entering it in the field and pressing the Check Now button.
