This article applies to Website Passport.
The Website Passport displays the important information that a customer is likely to want about a business before they transact with them.
The Passport Details page displays:
Passport Number – The unique number associated with the domain
Domain – The domain to which the passport is associated
Domain Snapshot – A static screenshot of the website’s homepage on the date the passport was issued. The owner of the website has the ability to refresh this screenshot from their user administration panel in the event the website changes.
Passport Status – The status of the passport:
- Active – Passport is fully compliant and indicates the website is in good standing
- Revoked – Passport has been withdrawn due to non-compliance
- Suspended – Passport has been temporarily suspended
- Expired – Passport has exceeded its validity period and should be renewed
Issued On – The date the passport was issued.
Expires On – The date the passport expires and becomes invalid – but can be renewed.
Report Abuse – A link to allow the submission of an email to GlobalSign in the event a viewer of the site suspects the passport has been abused.
