How to find out where your customers found your Shop

Customer attributes allow you to ask extra questions to the customer i.e. where did you hear about this online shop?

To manage customer attributes, please follow the steps below:

Log into your 123-reg e-commerce package.

Click Customers.

Select Customer attributes from the dropdown.

Under ID you will see a text box, type the backend name of your new customer attribute here and under name type the full name of your new customer attribute.

Click on the attribute you have created.

Then click the Value selection tab.

From here you can give your customer options to choose from.
