How to view your customer’s search statistics

This Article will show you how to view your customer search statistics

This feature allows you to view what your customers have been searching for in your Online Store, with this information you can decide if you add new products the customers are searching for, or layout your shop differently to allow the customers to find the items they are searching for easier.

Please note: this article only applies to Version 8 of our Online Store. If you’re not sure which version you have, you can find out by reading this article.

Start by logging in to your Online Shop package.

Select Ecommerce from the side Menu bar and choose Manage Store.

From the Store Management menu, select Reports and then Stats.

You can select your date range and now see your customer statistics for this period.
