How to set up, create and send a newsletter

This article applies to eCommerce.

To set up a newsletter for your 123-reg e-commerce shop please follow the steps below:

Log into your 123-reg e-commerce package.

Click Marketing.

Select Newsletter from the dropdown.

Here please enter the name and ID of your new newsletter campaign.

Click Save.

Click on your new campaign ID.

Please enter the name and ID of your new newsletter.

Click save.


From here you will be able to click on your new newsletter and edit using HTML or the edit text option. Once this has been completed click Save.


Your newsletter can be sent to, customers, customer groups and also direct email addresses, you can add these under the Addressees tab within the Newsletter Campaign.
