How to set up product portals

This article applies to eCommerce.

This feature allows you to quickly and easily add your shop’s products to product search engines e.g. Google base. This means when customers search for a certain type of product your products can be found in the results.

To set up Product Portals for your 123-reg online shop please follow the steps below:

Log into your 123-reg e-commerce package.

Click Marketing.

Select Product Portals from the dropdown.

From here you will be able to activate multiple product portals. Simply tick Active next to the portal you wish to use and click Save.

You will see that any portals you have selected will become a link, click one.

From here you will be asked to enter your login details for this portal, you will be able to sign up and acquire these details from the link provided on this page.

Once you have signed up and entered your details correctly into the package you will be able to add, delete and replace any of your products to this product search engine.
