How to edit the email address connected to your shop

This article applies to 123-reg Ecommerce packages.

This process will show you how to change the email address that customers can use to email your shop, and also the email address you can use to send emails from your shop. 

This is broken into two sections: changing the default email address associated with your shop, and changing the email address for the individual emails you wish to send. For example, a change password email could be sent from admin@myshop.co.uk whereas a newsletter or promotion could be sent from news@myshop.co.uk.

Log into your 123-reg e-commerce package.

Click Settings  and then select General Settings from the dropdown menu.

Select the Address tab from the top of the page.

Enter you desired email into the Email box. Then click the save button to confirm the changes.
