How to manage all template emails

This article applies to eCommerce.

To edit the email address shown to your customers when sending and receiving emails, please follow the steps below:

Log into your 123-reg e-commerce package.

Click Settings.

Select Email Settings from the dropdown.

Click the Events tab.

Finally select the one you wish to edit by clicking on the blue event title. You can also deactivate an event by unticking the Active box.
