123-reg Christmas Card Design promotion Terms and Conditions

• 123-reg's Christmas card design competition (collectively called the Offer) is open to all Clients of 123-reg.
• The Offer is made subject to the Client's agreement to submit the details required by 123-reg when requested.
• Following the Clients submission of their details and their design, the Client will be entered into a prize draw where the winner shall receive a prize ofs £500.
• To take part in the competition, Clients will need to be resident in Great Britain. For the purposes of the Offer, Great Britain is defined as England, Wales and Scotland.
• The Offer is not open to employees (or their immediate family members) of 123-reg or any of its associated brands.
• Clients that wish to take part in the competition will need to be of the minimum entry age of Eighteen (18) years old.
• Clients can only enter their design in PDF format to the competition once.
• A total of one (1) winner shall be selected by 123-reg. 123-reg shall select the winner by reviewing the designs of all those that qualify for entry to the prize draw with its own criteria to determine the best design. Winners will be contacted within 3 weeks following the completion of the Offer via email and or telephone.
• 123-reg’s selection of the winner is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection.
• The chosen winner will permit 123-reg to use their design for onward marketing purposes and agree to participating in any relevant publicity / pr activity as 123-reg deems fit and suitable.
• The Offer is due to expire on 30th November 2012.
• 123-reg reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the Offer and or the prize as necessary due to exceptional circumstances outside of 123-reg's reasonable control.
• The Offer in conjunction with being made subject to the terms contained herein is also subject to 123-reg’s general terms and conditions.
