123-reg Client survey terms and conditions

• The 123-reg Client survey is open to all existing Clients of 123-reg that have agreed to receive marketing and promotional materials from 123-reg.
• To take part in the survey Clients will need to be resident in the United Kingdom. This survey is not open to employees of 123-reg or its associated brands. Employees of 123-reg that take part in the survey will not be entered into the prize draw.
• Entry into the prize draw will give participating Clients the opportunity to win a first generation iPad Mini Wi-Fi, 16GB Black.
• Consumer Clients of 123-reg that wish to take part in the promotion will need to be of the minimum entry age of Eighteen (18) years old.
• For the avoidance of all doubt NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY.
• Clients can elect to take the survey more than once. However, Clients' will only be entered into the prize draw once. For clarity the first entry submitted will be the entry used.
• The winner of the prize will be selected at random by 123-reg .123-reg will select the winners by entering the names of all those that qualify for entry to the prize draw into a database and the winners will be selected randomly from this database. Winners will be contacted by 31 January 2013 by email.
• 123-reg's random selection of winners is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Participation in the survey shall remain open until 15 January 2013. No entries will be accepted after this date.
• 123-reg undertakes to use the data collected in the survey in accordance with the terms of its own privacy policy.
• 123-reg reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the survey and or the prize as necessary due to exceptional circumstances outside of 123-reg's reasonable control.
• This survey is made subject to 123-reg's general terms and conditions.
