This offer is available to new and existing Student Clients of 123-reg only. A Student Client for the purposes of this agreement shall be defined as a student that has a valid .ac.uk email address. For the avoidance of all doubt, participation in this scheme is dependent on the Student Client having a valid .ac.uk email address.
The free domain name shall be free for the first year of domain registration only. Student Clients can register the domain name for longer than 1 (one) year periods. If a Student Client elects to register the domain name for longer than 1 (one) year then the Student Client will be liable for the costs of any subsequent year(s) of registration.
Student Clients are entitled to a full refund on their Student Hosting package in accordance with 123-reg's 7 day money back guarantee. In the event a Student Client seeks to exercise this right, any domain name registered on behalf of the Student Client will be cancelled and will no longer belong to the Student Client.
Student Clients are advised that they can only purchase the Student Hosting package once. However, Student Clients are free to purchase other hosting packages and take part in offers that are from time to time offered by 123-reg provided they are not expressly excluded from such offers.
123-reg reserves the right to withdraw their Student Hosting package at any time without the prior consent of the Student Client.
