How do I get administrator/root access to my server?
This article applies to Dedicated Servers.
You can obtain administrator/root access to your dedicated server through your 123 Reg control panel:

From there, select Dedicated Servers within the ‘Manage active products’ section and then select Manage opposite Manage Dedicated Servers.
Step 3 of 5
You will now be taken to a new page displaying all your purchased packages. From here, click Login to Server CP.
Step 4 of 5
Enter your login details into the provided fields and click Login.
Step 5 of 5
From here, click Request Root Access.
Please note: Once administrator/root access is provided, technical support is withdrawn, as per the disclaimer. We will only support the hardware in these cases.
