How do I set up 123-reg mobility on my Android phone?

This article will explain how to setup 123-reg mobility with your Android phone.

Please note: In order to get your mailbox and mobility features working with your smartphone, you will need to set up your mailbox as a Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync mailbox.

This is so that the push content technology will work across your mailbox and smartphone.


Click on the Menu button and then click on Settings


Once in the settings menu click on Accounts Sync.


Then click Add Account


Select the Microsoft Exchange Active Sync option.


You will now need to fill in your Email Address and your Email address password.

Once completed click on the Next (>) button.


You will now need to enter your Username which is your email address.

Once completed click on the Next (>) button.


You will now receive an error message stating that the "Setup could not finish" this is because the phone has automatically attempted to find the server details.

Once this appears click on Edit Manually.


Next you must enter your server details into the Exchange server, or Server details box. For 123-reg Mobility, you will need to enter


You will now see the details being verified and accepted. The next screen will show you what can be synced and give you the option to select them on or off.

Once completed click on the Next (>) button.


Finally you can name the email account in the box provided

Once completed click on the Done (>) button.

That's it, you are all set up and can start using 123-reg mobility email on your phone.
