How do I copy contacts to a contact folder?

This section will explain how to copy a contact to a contact folder in 123-mail webmail.

Copying your contacts to a new folder is similar to moving your contacts to a new folder, but the key difference is that it duplicates the contact, meaning that the original contact stays in the original folder, and the duplicate moves to the new, specified folder. This is useful for if you have your contacts split between work and personal, for example, but also want to create a frequently used folder. This will enable you to keep your work and personal split, and combine the contacts you frequently use.

1

Login to the 123-mail webmail.

Phone List

This list shows more details of your contact, rather than just their name. This view is great for checking contacts' phone numbers and other details, without meaning that you have to open each contact individually.

Card View

This view breaks down your folders, showing you the addresses in each folder or distribution list.

Details view

This breaks down each contact, and shows details such as their email address.
