A CSV file stands for Comma Separated Values file. This is a list of data each separated by commas, which is where the name comes from. They are typically standard spreadsheet files, with a .csv extension.

A vCard is a file format, commonly known as electronic business cards. They allow you to share contact information across the Internet and via Email. They can contain name and address information, phone numbers, email addresses and URLs.

Step 5 of 6

Once you’ve chosen your preferred option, click Upload File to and find the contact file you have stored on your computer.

Step 6 of 6

Once you have selected your file, you will see it listed next to the Upload File button.

Click Import to complete the process. Your new contacts will now be added to your address book.
