This article will show you how to close the tickets you have raised to our support teams.
To view your Support Requests, you will have to be logged in to your 123-reg My Support area.
Click on the My Support tab in the 123-reg support site.
To view your old tickets, click on the My Tickets option from the Support history area.
Your old tickets will be displayed. Click on the old ticket you wish to reopen.
Your old tickets will be displayed. Either click on the Re-Open Ticket button, or click on the ticket for more information.
You can now add a new update to your ticket and attach new files before clicking Update Message to send your new update.
