This article will show you how to view the tickets you have raised to our support teams.
To view your Support Requests, you will have to be logged in to your 123-reg My Support area.
Click on the My Support tab in the 123-reg support site.
To view your open tickets, click on the View open tickets link at the top of the page.
Or click on the My Tickets section of the Support History section.
You can your open tickets will be displayed. You can access your ticket by clicking on it.
Your message thread will be displayed, along with details on when it was created, and the category chosen.
You can add the response to your ticket in the text box provided, and also upload additional documents. When ready, click Update Message to send your message.
