How do I add product variations?

This article will show you how to add product variations in your Online Store package.

Adding variations to your products allows you to offer different varieties to your products – for example, different colours and sizes.

To add variations to your product, please follow the steps outlined below.

Since this process differs depending on which version of Online Store you have, please select your version from the list below and follow the instructions provided to get started:

Start by logging in to your Online Store.

From there, select Store within the right-hand menu.

On the next page, click Products within the left-hand menu (below Store).

Click Edit opposite the product you want to update.

Select Inventory & Options below your product’s details.

Click Create Option below the Options heading.

A pop-up window will now appear, where you can set a new option for your product. This can appear as a button, drop-down menu or colour swatch.

To add multiple choices, enter some text into the Choice field and then click the Add option choice link that appears.

Once you’re happy with your option, click Save.

Start by logging in to your Online Store.

Select Ecommerce from the left-hand menu and then click Manage Store.

From your store management dashboard, click Catalog.

Access your product catalog.

Select the product you want to update and then click Options.

On the next page, click Add New Option.

This is where you can add variations to your product.

From here, you can add a title for your variations and how you would like them to display. Then, you can go ahead and add each variation you would like to have. You can even modify the price so that if you’re selling different quantities of the same item – for example, small, medium and large, you can also display the price difference for your customers.
