This article will explain how to enable Auto-Reply for an E-mail Address in Plesk.
For each e-mail account setup in Plesk you can switch on the automatic response service, this service sends a predefined e-mail message in reply to any incoming e-mail message. This feature is useful for sending “out of office” or “on vacation” notices when required.
Under the Mail tab, select the e-mail address where you will be setting up the auto-responder. Then go to the Auto Reply tab and select the Switch on Auto-Reply checkbox. Enter the subject, select a message format, encoding, and message text and click on OK.
