So you’ve forgotten your log in details, don’t worry, we’ll show you how to find them.
To start, click here on ‘control panel login’; and then click the ‘forgot your password’ link.
You’ll see here that there are two ways to access your lost details.
For the first option, you can retrieve your password request link email by entering in your 123-reg account email address or username here.
The second option allows you to have the password request link sent to an alternative email account.
This is for users who no longer have access to the registered email address they used to open their 123-reg account.
So just enter your email address or username for your 123-reg account here and then click continue.
You will now be asked to answer the security questions that you set up when you first created your account.
Once you’ve answered these questions you can then enter in the alternative email address, so you are able to retrieve a link to reset your password.
When you’ve confirmed the email address, click ‘recover password’.
Ok, so no matter what option you decided to use, you will receive an email, which will allow you to reset your 123-reg account password.
In the email, just click here to reset your password.
You can now enter a new password, and then simply re-enter it here to confirm the password.
Click ‘submit’ to confirm your new password.
That’s it, you should now see a message stating that your password has been reset, click ‘continue’ to log into your account using your new password.
