How do I import my live site into my staging site?

This article will detail how you can copy your live site into your staging site.

You can easily create a copy of your live site that can be edited as much as you want by following these instructions.

Please note: this service is only available with Managed WordPress packages purchased after May 2021.

Start by accessing your Hosting dashboard.

From there, select Settings in the toolbar.

From here, select Actions opposite Staging Site and choose Sync Sites from the drop-down menu that appears.

Step 4 of 4

A pop-up window will now appear. Select the option Pull production to staging, along with Overwrite content if you wish to copy your live site as is.

Once you’ve done this, click Sync to complete the process.
