You can telephone us on 0345 450 2310. Calls are charged at your local rate. Our lines are open during the following times:
- Weekdays: 08:00 – 22:00
- Weekends: 09:00 – 17:00
Excluding UK bank holidays (when we are closed). Please note that we can get busy at peak times.

Live Chat
In the 123 Reg Support Centre, you will see an icon of a speech bubble containing 3 dots in the bottom-right corner. Click this icon to activate Live Chat.
Here you will need to enter some basic details such as your name and a brief description of your issue. From there, we will recommend the correct contact method for you. Although you will be able to select Live Chat, if your option warrants it, you will be better off selecting the recommended contact type as this will get you through to the best placed person to help you.
Tickets
Simply click the Raise Support Ticket button from the menu bar at the top of the page.
All you have to do is pick a few options and it will send your query straight through to an appropriate expert on the 123 Reg team, so you’ll get a quicker response. It also lets you track all the questions you’ve asked, just in case the same problem crops up again, you’ll already have the solution to hand.
