How do I enable virus protection for my email on my 123 Reg server running Plesk?

This article will explain how you enable virus protection for your emails on your 123 Reg server running Plesk.

Since this process differs depending on which version of Plesk you have, please select your version from the list below and follow the provided instructions to get started.

Please note: this article was originally created for our previous generation of Virtual Private Servers. As such, these instructions may not be relevant to our current generation of Virtual Private Servers.

Log in to your Parallels Plesk Panel.

Click on the Domains link on the left panel.

Click on the relevant Open in Control panel link.

Click on the Mail tab.

Click on the Email Address you wish to configure Antivirus on.

Click on the Antivirus tab.

Step 7 of 7

Switch the antivirus protection on and select the scanning type – then click on the OK button.

Virus protection will now be set up for your selected email address.
