Recently we made some changes to the ‘contact us’ page, directing you to our support website first to help you find the answers to your questions, and if the problem was not solved you could then contact us.

In response to your feedback we have changed back to the old ‘contact us’ page as the first port of call, which provides our phone number, fax number, address and the online form. It also provides a link to our support site

    Hi Kevin

    Our system is designed to make sure you do not lose the benefits of a domain names and other services. It is very easy to allow a domain to expire unintentionally and the damage that could do to your business is unquantifiable.

    With payment details registered you can be assured services will be renewed without a break in service and if there are domains you want to allow to expire as they have passed their usefulness, you can easily select this to happen automatically via your 123-reg control panel.

    I have recently had a domain transferred over to my account and my web designer is having problems accessing the A records. He says that nothing is happening and therefore he cannot start designing I don’t have a clue what he is talking about but he has said that I am the only one who can sort this out with 123reg

    I have tried several times to contact you, i cannot find your phone number any where, I need to transfer the domain out to BT and change the IP tag to BTNAMES.

    I am trying to find my details as I had somebody else who was hosting my domain for me. I only use ot for e-mails, but I cannot remeber the card number that I used to renew it. I thought i had used the above e-mail address, but it is not accepting it. There is no number to call you or contact you and it is very frustrating. I also want to transfer the hosting to BT as my friend cannot host it anymore. What do I do?

    I’ve just had the 60 day renewal e-mail, but i can’t login.

    I’ve tried ‘lost password’ and the new password that is sent doesn’t work. I also tried the same with lost password a couple of weeks ago, as someone wants to transfer another domain to me and that didn’t work.

    I’ve tried the ‘lost password’ using the username and the e-mail which both are sent to the e-mail address that you’ve just sent the 60 day renewal, therefore the username and e-mail address are correct. I can’t contact support, as you have to login first. I’m just going around in circles.

    Gwen, it may be that you have more than one 123-reg account. Have you tried using our lost login tool? Try entering the relevant domain name here, it may be your account is registered to a different email address.

    I am trying to contact you about a domain name my firm owns but the person you have been attempting to contact regarding renewal has left the firm and I do not have any of the login details for the account. I need to cancel the automatic subscription due for renewal very soon.

    Please contact me urgently. I refuse to be charged for support by calling you for something you should very simply be able to answer via email except that you do not provide any email contact details unless i log in which of course, as mentioned above i cannot do.

    I registered my domain through your website for 2 years at a cost of just over £8 but i have not received any confirmation from your organisation.
