How to add an advanced signature?

This article applies to 123-mail Webmail.



This article will explain how to add an advanced signature in 123-mail webmail.

Login to the 123-mail webmail.

Click on the Configuration icon in the main toolbar.

Click on the E-mail folder in the left hand pane.

Click on the subfolder Signatures

Click on the Add button under the Signatures tab.

Fill out the name for the signature.

Please Note: We recommend to select Above the text to get your signature to appear at the start of your email.

You can insert an image into the signature by pasting the image HTML code.

Place the link in as shown below.

Note (The image linked to your signature must hosted online)

To make the text a different size, colour, font size or bold/italic you will need to find the code you want to use in the below image and insert your own signature text where Test Signature shows.

Click Ok to add the signature.

Click the Save icon to store the changes made.
