This article will explain how to move a contact in 123-mail webmail.
You must have additional contact folders created to move contacts into.

Login to the 123-mail webmail.

Click on the Contacts icon in the main toolbar.

Click on the contact you wish to Move.

Click on the Move button under the edit tab.

Click on the contact folder you wish to Move your contact to.

The contact will now be saved in the folder you have chosen.
