To allow a domain to expire, you will need to do the following:

Go to the Domain names section.

Click on the Allow expiry link below Domain renewals.

If you have more than one domain which is due to expire, select each domain, then click on the Next Step button.

Click on the Confirm Domain Cancellation button.
Please note: Failure to set a domain to not renew before the renewal date will result it automatic renewal and thus the transaction cannot be refunded.

Surrendering your TLD domain name
You can request the deletion of TLD by faxing a request to OpenSRS Compliance department at +1 416 531 2516. The request should include the wish to delete the domain, and be signed with Photo ID. Compliance will then follow up by email with the admin contact of the domain name to confirm the wish to have the domain deleted.
