If you have copied and pasted text from an alternative document some of the formatting that has been copied may not be compatible with Instantsite. Please follow the procedure below to remove text formatting:

Log into your Instantsite editor.

Select the relevant page.

Select all of the text.

Cut the text by pressing the cut icon or by pressing ctrl+x.

Open the notepad application on your computer.

Right click on your mouse and select the paste option or press ctrl+v.
This will remove all formatting on your text, you will now need to copy the content back:

Select all the text or press ctrl+a.

Right click on your mouse and select the cut option or press ctrl+x.

Go back to your Instantsite editor.

Right click on your mouse and select the paste option or press ctrl+v.
The text will now be in the Instantsite editor without formatting. You can now add formatting to your page in the Instantsite editor.
