<p>Follow these steps to create backup files of your Windows Hosting databases.</p>

<ol>
   <li>Go to your 123 Reg <a href="https://account.123-reg.co.uk/products/" title="product page" target="_blank">product page</a>.</li>
	<li>Below <strong>Web Hosting</strong>, next to the Windows Hosting account you want to use, select <strong>Manage</strong>.</li>
	<li>Select <strong>Plesk Admin</strong>.</li>
	<li>In the left-hand menu, select <strong>Databases</strong>.</li>
	<li>Select <strong>Export Dump</strong>.</li>
	<li>Select <strong>Automatically download dump after creation</strong>, then select <strong>OK</strong>. A status popup shows the progress of the dump (the backup file creation).</li>
	<li>When the popup says the dump is ready, select <strong>download</strong>.</li>
</ol>
