Change my email display name

Change your Microsoft 365 email display name so your recipients can easily identify you. The display name shows that sent email is from you.

1. Sign in to your Email & Office Dashboard.
2. If you're an account owner, select Manage next to the email address. Otherwise, continue to the next step.
3. In the Account information section, select Edit. (You might need to scroll to the bottom of the page.)
4. Enter your preferred Display Name.
5. Select Save. It can take up to 24 hours before your new display name shows on sent messages.
