<ol>
  <li>Go to your 123 Reg <a href="https://account.123-reg.co.uk/products/" title="product page" target="_blank">product page</a>.</li>
  <li>Under <strong>Web Hosting</strong>, next to the Web Hosting (cPanel) account you want to use, select <strong>Manage</strong>.</li>
  <li>In the account <strong>Dashboard</strong>, select <strong>cPanel Admin</strong>.</li>
  <li>In the cPanel Home page, in the <strong>Files</strong> section select <strong>Backup</strong>.</li>
  <li>Below <strong>Restore a MySQL Database Backup</strong>, select <strong>Browse</strong>, and then select the backup SQL file on your local machine.</li>
  <li>Select <strong>Upload</strong>.</li>
