What shows in the 123 Reg WHOIS directory?
The public WHOIS directory shows specific information for registered domains, including contact, ownership, and registration details. Eligible domains have Domain Privacy from 123 Reg automatically applied to hide Registrant contact info. This info will be hidden or substituted with details from our Domain Privacy partner, Domains By Proxy®, when Domain Privacy is set to On or Limited.
Note: Effective August 21, 2025, only Registrant contact details are required and publicly displayed for most domains, depending on registry and ICANN requirements. Other contact information may be collected but won't be shown in WHOIS records.

Details about the specific domain, unrelated to any Registrant details.

- Registry Domain ID: The ID of the domain at the registry.
- Registered On: The date the domain was originally registered
- Expires On: The current expiration date for the domain
- Updated On: The date the domain was last updated by the Registry (does not apply to Registrant updates)
- Domain Status: Current status of the domain from the Registry (does not apply to registrar updates)
- Nameservers: Current nameservers assigned to the domain

Contact information for the domain Registrant. The information shown will vary depending on the current Domain Privacy level of the domain.
