How do I apply my .UK domain renewal discount code?

This article will show you how to claim your discount when renewing your .UK domain.

Step 1 of 6

Open the 123 Reg email featuring your discount code. Copy the code or make a note of it for later.

Next, log in to your 123 Reg Control Panel.

From there, select Manage All opposite Domains within the ‘All Products and Services’ section.

You will now see a complete list of your purchased domain names. Select which one(s) you wish to renew from the provided list by clicking the checkbox next to them.

If you can’t find your domain in this list, you may be able to find it on the Domain Name Overview page within our legacy Control Panel. For more details on this, please read the following article: How do I access and manage my products?

If you’re using our current Control Panel, select Renew Now in the bar that appears below. A pop-up window will now appear. Select the renewal length from the provided menu and then click Continue to Checkout.

If you’re using our legacy Control Panel, click the tickbox alongside the .UK domain you wish to renew and then click Add to basket.

Step 6 of 6

You will now see your .UK domain in your basket. From here, click Have a promo code?, enter your unique code into the field that appears and click Apply.

The total amount of your basket will then update itself to include your discount.
