This FAQ will help you to check the status of your support tickets
This will allow you to view, read and respond to your 123-reg Support tickets.
When a support query is raised via the 123-reg.co.uk Support Centre usingthe Ask a Question facility, a support ticket is automatically created within our system.
You may track the progress of each query from the 123reg.co.uk Support Centre.
Click the My Support button above.
A pop-up window will ask you to enter your 123-reg User Name and Password.
Enter your details (remember these are case-specific) and click OK.
The next window will show recent support tickets raised and their current status.
To view full details of a support ticket, click the relevant incident.
