This article will explain how to edit a signature in 123-mail webmail.
This will allow you to create the content of your signature, which will be added to each email you create. This will save you a lot of time and effort when sending your emails, as you will not need to make these changes each time you send an email.
Login to the 123-mail webmail.
Click on the Configuration icon in the main toolbar.
Click on the E-mail folder in the left hand pane.
Click on the subfolder Signatures
Click on the Signature you wish to edit.
Click on the Edit button under the Signatures tab.
Make any changes you wish to the Signature. As well as changing the content of the signature, you can also set its position in the email, and even set it as your default signature in the event that you are using multiple signatures from the same address.
Click Ok to add the signature.
Click the Save icon to store the changes made.
